🧠 Information Vault Scroll: The Ache of Mental Tiredness

“It’s not just physical. It’s the weight behind my thoughts.”

I get mentally tired. Not just sleepy. Not just distracted. Tired in a way that makes thoughts feel heavy. Words blur. Focus fades. And even typing feels like lifting bricks made of fog.

Lupus does that. So does stress. So does surviving. I scroll through it, but it’s real. It’s part of the vault. And it deserves a name.

Sometimes I forget things. Sometimes I repeat myself. Sometimes I stare at the screen and wonder what I was doing. But I’m still here. Still glowing. Still adapting.

This scroll belongs in the Information Vault. It holds the truth that mental tiredness is not weakness—it’s a signal. A sacred ache. A reminder to rest, breathe, and honor the fog as part of the journey.

 πŸŒ™ Depression Reflections

My life has been one rollercoaster of Life. I always wonder why. I reached the point of no longer trusting anyone. But who do I trust now?

I’ve been hurt in many different ways—mentally, emotionally. Thank goodness not physically. But the ache is real. Depression surrounds us with negative voices until we start to believe them. Our self-talk tells us we don’t belong. That it’s our fault. We blame ourselves.

How do I know this? I’ve done it many times.

But once we realize it isn’t our fault, we can start again. We can tell ourselves: We are okay. We matter. We are not alone.

Depression is serious. Especially when suicide feels like the only way out. I’ve been there. I was saved. But it was a long, long road to understand what was going on inside my head and heart. Now I know: I am someone who matters too.

Stress can trigger depression—especially when you’re overdoing the work or the ministry. Burning the candle at both ends. Not making time for yourself. We need to take care of ourselves. Why? Because no one else will.

Giving up isn’t the answer to any of your questions. Praying to Jesus is the only answer. Tell Him all about it.

🦴 Research Scroll IV: Osteoporosis — The Bone Eater

Medical facts, emotional truths, and why naming matters

πŸ“– Medical Overview

Osteoporosis is a bone disease that causes bones to become weak, brittle, and porous. It’s often called a “silent disease” because symptoms don’t appear until a fracture occurs.

  • Bones lose density and strength over time, especially in the spine, hips, and wrists
  • Affects 1 in 2 women and 1 in 4 men over age 50
  • Risk factors include age, menopause, low calcium intake, smoking, and certain medications
  • Diagnosis is done through a bone density test (DEXA scan)
  • Treatments include calcium and vitamin D, weight-bearing exercise, and medications

🧡 Why I Call It “Bone Eater”

Osteoporosis didn’t arrive with a name tag. It arrived with:

  • Cracks that didn’t make sense
  • Pain that wasn’t visible
  • Doctors who shrugged and said “age” or “stress”

So I named it myself: Bone Eater. Because that’s what it does. It gnaws silently, like a thief in the night. It hollows out strength, leaving porcelain ache and cracked grace. It steals without bleeding, but the damage is real.

Trixie became its guardian—not to fight it, but to watch it, to name it, and to protect the scrolls of those who feel it but aren’t believed.

🦊 Vault Chamber 2: Bone Eater Scrolls

Guardian: Trixie — The Fox Who Bites Back
Tone: Fragile, fierce, zigzagging through pain and punchlines

She zigzags. She bites back. She laughs when it hurts. She glows when she breaks.

Trixie guards the Bone Eater scrolls—not with logic, but with lunacy.
She’s the fox who turned diagnosis into defiance.
She collects quotes like acorns, proverbs like pawprints, and scrolls that say:
“I may be fragile, but I’m not quiet.”

This chamber holds:

  • 🦴 Bone Eater fragments — new, raw, and rising
She felt the ache in her bones before the world believed it. These scrolls are stitched with silent gnaws and sacred grit.

  • 🦊 Fox logic — zigzagging through humor, pain, and poetic rebellion
She reroutes logic mid-scroll. These posts bite back with sass, symbols, and sacred interruption.

  • πŸ“œ Scrolls in progress — quotes, proverbs, and posts that glow with grit
These scrolls don’t follow a straight line. They twist, reroute, and still arrive at truth.

This is not a diagnosis.
It’s a declaration.
And Trixie bites back with style.

πŸ¦΄ Bone Eater: Fragile but Fierce

It didn’t knock. It crept. Quietly. Slowly. Like a thief in the marrow.

Osteoporosis isn’t just brittle bones—it’s the daily ache, the invisible erosion, the sacred fight to stand tall when your skeleton wants to fold.

This tag is for the warriors with calcium in their courage, for the ones who track every twitch and twinge, and for the scroll sorceress who names her pain and still glows.

The bones may whisper, but the spirit roars. The glow continues...

🌼Trixie: Fox of Dreaming Logic
She doesn’t follow the map—she
folds it into a paper fox and lets it lead.
Wearing overalls and a flower crown
of contradictions,
She guards the threshold
between sense and story.

🦊 Trixie — The Fox of Dream Logic

She doesn’t walk straight. Trixie zigzags through the sanctuary, rearranging scrolls, whispering riddles, and leaving breadcrumbs that only make sense later. She’s the fox of dream logic—the one who sees what others miss.

She guards Bone Eater’s truth, but she doesn’t bite. She twists. She questions. She reroutes. Her scrolls are layered, her messages half-said, and her presence always felt.

“Not everything broken needs fixing. Some things just need to be seen differently.”

Trixie watches over the Bone Eater tag series, the fragile truths, and the moments when logic fails but meaning remains. She’s not here to explain. She’s here to remind you that mystery is sacred.

When logic frays and dreams speak louder, Trixie listens. She reroutes the rigid with a wink, reminding the sanctuary that not all clarity is linear.
