Testimony:

It arrives like a shadowed tide. Eyes heavy, body folding, almost gone before I reach the bed. At the table, at the meeting, at the screen—sleep pulls me under. Yet I fight, I drive carefully, I reach the sanctuary of rest. This scroll bears witness: even collapse becomes endurance.
